This session is ideal for those approaching, in or post career progression. Sara Cummings served as a Navy spouse for 30 and is intimately familiar with the challenges that transition can bring. She became a coach in 2020, and received an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation in 2023. In addition to traditional coaching, she offers the PQ® Program from POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE®, a 6-week “bootcamp” to create healthy habits that result in improved work/life performance, more harmonious relationships, and general well-being.
