Service Description
Designing and navigating your career progression can be a challenge. To help you sort through concerns and develop a progression that works for you, Sara provides a 55-minute coaching discovery call for Blue Water members, at no cost. This opportunity will kickstart you into organizing your resources and plan of action as you step into your career progression. This session is ideal at any stage of your career progression, but engaging early can help you clarify your goals, plan your process, and alleviate concerns you may have.
Sara Cummings, MA, ACC served as a Navy spouse for over 30 years and is intimately familiar with the challenges that transition can bring. Originally trained as a marriage and family therapist, she started her organizing/productivity business, All Sorts Organizing, in 2016, and began coaching in 2020. Credentialed as a coach through both the International Coaching Federation and Positive Intelligence, she also offers the PQ® Program, a 6-week “bootcamp” to develop mental fitness habits that improve work/life performance, relationships, and general well-being.
