Join Blue Water Advisors as we discuss those tangible and relevant next steps in your career progression.  Whether transitioning directly from active duty or in progression from a previous follow on this seminar is sure to assist you in understanding how to move productively through this challenging time.  Discussions on strategizing, market analysis, understanding position descriptions and how to align your resume accordingly are just a few areas that we will spend time deep diving.  Instructed by proven professionals who have all experienced similar career progressions and who can speak directly to what employers are looking for in a candidate is what sets us apart from other assistance programs.  Here at BWA we care about you.  Your successful career progression is how we measure our success!

Wednesday September 10th:  Full content day as outlined above to include working lunch roundtable with BWA partnering professionals.

Thursday September 11th:  Career Progression Consultants are available as desired for individual one on one discussions surrounding content from day one, resume review, networking, etc...  Venue will be the same facility as day 1.  Discussion windows will be available from 08-1700.  Attendees will have an opportunity to sign up for a time slot on day one.  Please plan to limit discussions to ~1.5 hours to ensure our career progression consultants have opportunity to engage all attendees.  *Enduring conversations post this cohort are encouraged and welcome.
