Mike Wallace served as a Naval Aviator for over 30 years. He is intimately familiar with the challenges that transition can bring having navigated that time personally. Mike's highlights in command include CO of VF/VFA- 32 and major command as the Commanding Officer of Carrier Air Wing THREE (CAG 3) in Norfolk, VA. Mike culminated his time in active duty as the Chief of Staff for the Commander Naval Air Force Atlantic (CNAL). Post Mike's time in active duty he pursued his career progression initially to Amazon in Seattle, WA. where he initially landed as a senior program manger within the TRMS (Transaction Risk Management) team and later in the start up of the companies Amazon Air team. He later transitioned back to the east coast where
he pursued consulting and contracting opportunities with ODL services and through the start up of Cedar River Advisors, LLC, and ultimately Blue Water Advisors, LLC.
