Steve Wieman served as a Naval Aviator for over 30 years. He is intimately familiar with the challenges that transition can bring having navigated that time personally. Steve's highlights in command include CO of VAW- 121 and major command as the CO of NAF Atsugi Japan. Post Steve's time in active duty he pursued his career progression initially to Amazon where he was a GM within Amazon's fulfillment center team. He later transitioned to Tegraglobal as a director of operations and then to SAIC as their Maritime Operations Center Chief Analyst. Steve is currently the Senior Advisor to U.S. Naval Air Forces/Naval Information Warfare at Booz Allen.
